Hi, first post here.
A bit worried about my plant today. Hopefully someone can tell me whats going on.

Problem:
The leaves on my royal dwarf is turning yellow. The plant is in week 8 now. From what i can read its quite normal that leaves turn yellow around this time, but i just want to double check. Imo, the plant look a bit sick but i dont know much. Its my first time growing.

Medium/grow method:
Flower soil bought locally. Its supposed to have quite of bit nutrient in it, but they state on the package that nutrients will be needed later on.
Soil is mixed with perlite.
Normal pot, 14 liter
Drainage is fine

Feed: and supplements used:
Advanced nutritions, micro, grow and bloom.
1ml of each, once a week

water source:
Tap water adjusted to 6.5ish PH

Strain/age:
Royal dwarf 8/9 weeks.

light used:
100w COB led

Climate:
30 degrees celsius
29-45 percent humidity

Additional info:
Thanks for any help

When I was using M/G/B from AN, I fed with every watering at 50% the recommended rate on the bottle for autos. (I believe that was 1ml/l.) Do you have an EC meter? I'd check the run off to see where the EC is at in the pot (and pH). If your pH is correct, then it's either locked out from too high EC or it needs more nutes from too low EC. A general EC range at week 8-9 is around 1.2-1.8ec. Usually for autos, anything lower or higher than that I start to notice issues, but it depends on genetics. Hope you get if figured out! :peace:

thanks for the reply. I do not have a EC meter but i got a ph meter. Last time i check the run off, the ph was 6.2.

regarding M/G/B i water my plant every second day. 1 time with nutes , the other two times without nutes, then i restart the cycle. Many people warned me about overfeeding so i figured i would be careful with the nutes.

I dunno what to do next. Im terrified of killing the plant haha.
I actually expected it to be ready for harvest now but looking at the pistils, it seems quite far off.
What would you guys do in my place?

I'd head down to my local grow store and grab a $15 EC meter. Then, if the EC reading is low, start feeding nutes with every watering and if the EC is too high, just plain water for a few feedings, and afterwards start the 50% feedings every watering with 10-20% runoff. Hopefully, this girl gets back on track.

just to update you. We dont have any local grow store around, so i have to order one online from abroad.

i had to take a guess, so i made the assumption the plant was under feed. I gave it nutes the last three waterings and it seem to recover now.
i still got yellow leaves on the colas, but the main cola has greened up quite a bit.
Thanks for the advice :)

Good to hear, ya I assumed it was under-feeding, but it's good to be sure since your girl is on the line. Under-feeding and nutrient lockout look pretty similar so it can be hard to tell the difference without an EC meter. Happy growing! :peace:
