Indoor Royal Bluematic - Royal Queen Seeds - 400W hps indoor grow.

Hi there. My friend and I decided to grow some indoor cannabis inside a closet. We got 4 plants under a 400W hps. Today the plants are about 7 weeks old, and only two of them are reaching a length of only 8”(about 20 cm). I was just wondering if that is normal for a first time grower?

The article Royalqueenseeds made about ’Royal Bluematic’ [URL="http://www.royalqueenseeds.com/129-royal-bluematic.html”]link[/URL] says that the plant is a medium-to-tall plant, and should reach 60-70cm in 8-9 weeks. I’ve researched google and I haven’t found similar plants that reached the ’normal’ length.

IMO our plants looks healthy and their buds is kind of the only thing on them growing atm. They are sleeping about 6-8 hours a day.

With out pics I can't tell but 8inches at 7 weeks is way to small.What kind of nutes are you using,PH, soil?

well.. since it’s just for the fun it with these ’plants’ i must say, i really don’t know anything about ’nutes’ ’PH’ or ’soil’. My friend and I just agreed on trying some indoor growing in my closet.. I’ve read some guides in my primary language and searched some boards too. Though it seemed like this website was the only one with pictures of the same type of seed like ours.

If it's just for fun then great but your yield will be small. If you wanted a larger yield in future try watching Jorge Cervantes grow DVD or any of the other grow DVDs out there and read most of this forum. Using good soil or soiless mix along with nutrients and the correct pH will achieve larger yields.
I've got four plants under a 250W that are 1.5-2 feet tall.
