Extraction Rosin Tech Pure Solvent Free Wax

Can't wait to see how these presses compare to straighteners.

Woot I'm on the pre-order list myself, maybe I'll start to get taste some of this yumminess yea the price went up as its round tech 3 of preorders so mine won't be here till end of Sept probably.... Never pressed a bud in my life so excited to play with this, Yoda does love his toys :)
 
I am looking for a used shirt press as we speak. I do not know the price I will pay if to much I might buy one of these. Bubble man just real eased a 50 minute video on this new press looks and works great
 
I can't wait to have the time to watch the entire thing! Just tried rosin wiTh a haitstraightener from goodwill ($3) but really couldn't press anything out, an epic fail! Will bust out the infrared thermometer and try to do it right later.... In the meantime it's looking like its solvent extract time again soon.... :( such a process but I do enjoy it! Looking forward to my press, going to read up more on this....

Wow Absolutely beautiful! I can't wait to try this out. Does anyone have any ideas on budget conscious alternatives, ex. Hot Iron?

Just a quick follow up to my recent attempts to use this tech:

1. For buds that aren't very dense, press them once and then cut the buds in half and stack them on each other for each subsequent press. I get so much more this way.
2. After pressing until your wrists are tired put the parchment paper in the freezer for just a couple of minutes. This will make collecting the rosin so much easier especially if it's very runny.
3. Have a 2nd piece of parchment paper ready to drop the pressed bud on to prevent it landing on the floor or table (especially if you have pets, the hair gets EVERYWHERE).
4. Thinner hair straighteners seem to work a little better as the pressure seems to be greater in the smaller area.

A cheap hair straightener and some parchment paper are all you need. This method is the most budget friendly of all! The best part is that you save the "bud wafers" and make edibles when you've got enough. No chemicals involved=using almost all of the good parts.
 
I tried but no cigar. I got a hair straightener. But after watching the dnail on bubblemans vid he is using tremendous amount of pressure. I guess I am getting old and week. I am not giving up. I like how bubblemans pressed his extractions talk about a haul he was getting 50% back with one kind of Kiff. The stuff has to some of the strongest smoke out the pressed bubble hash
