The 2nd part of this review will be @Eekman and I pressing out 5grams of Sour Disel and Citrix.

Due to technical issues (operator error ) I didn't get any pictures of this pressing. Out of the 5 grams of the Citrix and Dour Diesel we got I think .4 grams.
I had wanted to make medables, so I decarbed before I pressed. I have since found out that it's best to decarb the rosin after it's been pressed. Pressing decarbed buds makes the rosin come out darker and less flavorful.
But, just to let you know, the rosin melted easily into coconut oil and I made brownies.
The affect for me was like with all medables...they put me to sleep. But there was definitely a lack of canna smell and taste.
@Mañ'O'Green has a chocolate bar recipe, that includes how to decarb the rosin (27 minutes at 252 F) I will follow this next time I make medables.

One day, @Son of Hobbes brought a friend over to press some buds.
We had some Headband on hand

While the Headband was pressing it was squishing out...Maybe @Son of Hobbes has some pictures, my camera can't get the amazing shots he gets.

Needless to say we've been pretty baked over here lol.

We pressed 1.1 gram Double Bubba

I turned the temperature down to 210 F and pressed for 90 seconds.
This was by far the best on color, smell and return.

We have found that putting the paper on frozen bacon (although any frozen solid surface would work) makes it easier to work the resin.
