New Grower root rot

got my first case of root rot on a 2 week seedling.
Stunted her for a week or so.
she is recovering, my question is should I pull her now and start fresh ?
Will I still get a good grow or will this hurt the overall growth, potency.
I know I hurt a seedling bad and only ending up getting less than an oz off her in 4 months ! that was in perlite- hempy style.Choping that in about 1 1/2 weeks.
This is a dwc with much faster recovery rate ---- but will she recover enough to give me a good harvest.
Yes she's an auto.

If you have room, what about just trimming the side branches and grow one small cola while planting a new seed? Instead of throwing it out, look at it as an extra bonus of bud

I would start over being that at two weeks and a case of root rot, I consider it a loss but that's only my opinion and way of growing. it could affect the overall yield or it may be just fine being that you are still early in the process. As long as those roots heal up and the root rot stays away. I would imagine taste and potency will be fine just as long as there are no more problems that popup and take days to correct it. I would rather lose 2 weeks of time rather than 4 months with half of the yield I could have gotten.

Thanks for the replys, she's still only about an inch or two high.
New roots coming down so i cut the one solitary root off with the root rot.
And cut off 2 of the four yellowed leaves.
I'll give her a week. If she takes off i'll let her grow.
I know dwc is a lot faster, 12 hours can make a huge difference.
Overall yield is important, i think your right about potency still be good.
Dont want to waste time and elec. For 3 or 4 months like im doing with this hempy.i might get 1/2 oz. Chopping her next week.she is pretty as shit and looks absolutely tastey but not worth it.
I try to get 3 or 4 grows in a year, just for wife and i.
So yeah yield has me concerned.
I can only grow one at a time so ....
Just chopped my berry last week, got 6 oz from her and 3 oz popcorn.
