Hi! i got a room 4m x 5m x 3m but no way to bring fresh air in it... could I grow in it or just forget about it?

can you not lust leave/fix the window open a little ?
Without some sort of fresh air and circulation you're just asking for trouble with fungus and mold. You could set up some CO², but you still need the exchange and flow. No chance of hooking a dryer hose up to a fan and discretely pulling some air in from somewhere (if you don't have a window like stoney suggested)?

as long as you can extract air from the room thinking crawl space or loft ? then new air will find its way in maybe you could fit somthing like this http://http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/plumbing/ventilation-ducting/grills/Manrose-229-x-152mm-Louvred-Gas-Vent-Chrome-11478314 to your door ?
I personally would be skeptical about it and try to find a solution, but there are others with more experience that might know what you could do.

if you get some CO2 you should be fine. My room is completely sealed, no air in, no air out, and I run CO2 and am growing just fine. My photo plants pull anywhere from 2-6 ounces a piece, depending on veg time.
