New Grower Roleadro COB--Rookie

@Tom'sinflatedballs , Yes, i'm venting the air out now that I have moved to big tent. I just found an old tower humidifier I got at a 2nd hand store for $8.00, but it use's $$$ filter's. will try and use now, for sure on next grow i'll get something. I like the way your planning, It sound's good-:jointman:

I can’t run my extraction fan without losing all temperature and humidity. I wired a thermostat in to control temps. I find a balance between temp/humidity control with an oil heater, the extraction fan, and humidifier and then tweak as necessary.

So you use something that's turns them all on/off according to the temp and rH you want it at??

Sort of, I have a smart controller that monitors temp and humidity to control a wireless, smart plug to cycle the heater on and maintain a temp range. If the temp gets too high, the thermostat for the extraction fan brings it on. The humidifier has its own digital control, so I just set it and leave it. I’ve posted these somewhere before but these are what I use to monitor and control my heater. You can also hardwire to this control, so I could wire it in in with the extraction fan so it comes on during periods of high humidity or high temps. I shopped around and found these things cheaper than it shows as they are sold by several dealers.

I control my humidity and temp with the controller unit for my ventilation system. It’s a fine balance to keep both in check but I find it works well. There’s a probe that measures temp and humidity and tons of settings. Link below if you’re curious:
AC Infinity CLOUDLINE T6, Quiet... Amazon product ASIN B074XBXFPD

That looks sweet. Will be putting some money away to get that bad boy next grow.

That pretty much does the same as what I’m doing but the Sonoff controller is wifi connected so I can see what’s happening from anywhere. It also allows me to manually forced devices off or on. Very versatile and can control over 100 smart plugs or something silly like that.

Day-16- tent temp.- 74f- rh-27%. The RH has been very low, even lower since big tent, that 6 " vortex is sucking that out, even though I have got it at a very low speed. They are growing slow, even the runt is growing. I guess all that fancy stuff work's, but you have got to have a smart phone for it to work? Thank's for sending your idea's, @Beerhunter CDN , and @SaltyReefer . I didn't have a big problem with RH last grow, the girls
' looked healthier and bigger when I did start in the small tent with 2 bucket's of water, a towel, and the door's un zipped with no extraction fan under the t-5's. my Vortex extraction fan cost $150.00 by itself, 10 year warranty. The same price as that fancy unit above. Let me know how that work's for you @Tom'sinflatedballs if you get one. I wonder if I should unzip the big tent and go without extraction until the girl's get bigger?:jointman:

It’s been great tbh. Took some learning but I have mine set up to only come on when temps hit 82 (f) and humidity hits 80%. It’s super quiet, I only hear my ballast when things are going lol. The controller is designed to run a second Cloudline as well but i heard they each come with a controller so there’s no savings as purchasing a second fan individually isn’t an option? Anyway, i love it and i have always been a huge fan of automation. Wouldn’t mind a full blown controller system tied to my home network but who has that kind of money? Hahaha.
