Heres my thought on the black headed trichs on the main cola, maybe you could do a staged harvest, take that top cola so it doesnt degrade any/further, let those lower buds ripen some more.
I know a few afn peeps use a staged harvest to great effect!

The staggered harvest sounds like a good plan, save the top cola getting roasted. The plant won’t miss it at that stage.

Yes, for now just trying to get it right with these LED's and nute's, it has taken 4 or 5 different lights and 3 different size tents, now finally a legal state and the same routine for 1 year!--- look out-----Super Crop--- that 4x4 tent will be full!--- it will happen! It's hard to get things really dialed in and ready when growing from seed and dealing with diffrent phenotypes. Sometimes you just get a bum pheno and other times you hit the phenotype lottery. The biggest problem with growing autoflowers is dealing with all the genetic diversity. So the best way to get the hang of it is to just grow as many as possible and learn what yhou can from each grow. But if it's your first grow I understand wanting to see what happens with one plant first. For example look at how diffrent each plant is in my 8x4 and almost all are the same age. Some are flowering others are still in veg.

Cheers for the tag dude i usually put my girls on a flush when most the trics are cloudy, never had black trics before might be strain specific [emoji106]and as the others said nothing wrong with a staggered harvest

Wow, beautiful------that's a very big tent full of nice plants. I see trays and racks and a couple of them pots with bumps all over, hoses and all kinds of stuff, I have 6 GSC SEEDS LEFT, maybe a good thing. I have 5- 3 gal. fabric pots coming from Amazon, I will use the rest of my ffhf soil, thinking of finishing with some bio-bizz soil? Planning to fill that tent up, with your help along with others I have met on this site, I think it will be ok! I will take your advice any time, I will be starting a new journal soon! Day 76 for Lollita--- I chopped her cola off yesterday before the lights came on, that's hanging in the closet drying. I'm waiting for the bottom to catch up. I lowered my lights down to 35" to the top of the canopy, and turned on all 4 lights, still not real sure how close I can go on those cob's? I'm keeping a close eye on them things! 3rd. Plain water for Lollita. It's day 43 for Ruby, she has been lowered down to 46" off to the side of Lollita. She was fed on the 7th, plan on feeding her today when the lights come on--6 ml. per gal. -both A&B Sensi bloom--- 4 ml. per gal.- bud candy- 5 ml. per. gal.-cal-mag+------

Day-78 for Lollita, 3 days after last pic's. The more trich's I show, the more suggestions I get.---- I smoked a bud from the cola that has been drying for 3 days, I like, gonna get nothing but better after the cure! The trich's are 3 days older now, still lots of clear, ambers every once and a while? Temp's at 75f--- RH at 58%.

Looking good! I see some cloudy but mostly clear. Stay patient mine were in this stage for a month. All the time and effort make sure it’s right.

Day-80-11 weeks, 3 days---It says 9 to 10 weeks from fast buds, i'm starting to learn that is not for sure, lots depending on the final chop! I still have bookoo clear trichomes?? These pics are from this morning--

Sure looks like a lots and lots of clears! I dropped those lights down again to 27"? . This small snip was from the very top of the canopy. I'm waiting patiently--Ruby looks good-Day-48 for her---about 37" on the side of Lollita. Watered both yesterday--10th. day of flush,plain water for Lollita, went ahead and PH'd to 7--- 8 ml. per gal of both A&B Sensi bloom-- 4 ml. per gal of bud candy and 5 ml. per gal of cal-mag, PH'd perfect to 6.4-------Today i'm going to jar up the hanging cola, sample some fresh BUD, and of course , send some more pics later of that cola----------
