Last summer, my contemporaries and I were discussing shed-conversions.
I got my drill out, ordered some wood, and did it.
My contemporaries are still talking about it, planning this, dreaming about that ...
... that's what I mean by 'functional'.

Second, don't ever underestimate a slug..!

Thirdly, I do have trousers .. that's how I smuggle my water into the shed.
