Yes except I need them to stop growing up... I lowered the lights to see if that will stop them

Oh man, another problem with too big of plants! Just grow a dwarf like I did

It should slow them down, those lights have some punch

Had to band my girls over tonight. The nightingale was not happy about it.

Thanks guys. The nightingale is in the middle. The tops of both plants have some burn spots from touching the light. Oh well they at all tied up now.
