Yep I saw him in Charleston, SC back in 74 or 75. The show was delay because Joe was drunk. When he finally did come out he could barely stand. He almost fell off the stage a couple of times. I really liked Joe's music but one of the worst concerts I ever attended.

He did the same thing at the Orpheum theater in Boston. Bloody sot!
