Well folks... the silence is broken... during which, in the middle of a spring snow storm with temps in the 40s... we moved the entire Garden of Goodness to its new home.

The poor little girls were exposed to all kinds of environmental stress for a good two days before we were able to get a temporary space going for them while the new garden space is constructed... I'm very happy to report that through it all the girls took a licking and hardly skipped a beat. The new space will be unveiled sometime in April, meanwhile we are beginning back to back harvests for the coming weeks as we start the next generation of ganja for the new Garden of Goodness!

I'll post some shots of the temporary space when things settle down a bit but we're still a bit preoccupied with getting settled and making a fresh batch of tea for the gardens...

Cool flower Rhyce - don't think that I've ever seen a red one.

A cement mixer to mix soil - damn that's lazy. Makes me wonder why I did not think of it LMAO

Between the ganja, perennials and annuals that I raise, a cement mixer has become a must! I am most certainly lazy too! LOL

Here are shots of how the girls were wrapped for shipment, then held in a staging/acclimatization area prior to being rolled on to a 45 degrees Fahrenheit U Haul truck for 8 hours...

I'm guessing it wasn't your first rodeo for moving plants

I'd love to say I've done this before... But no... I just kind of winged it... Although I do have a background in nursery and greenhouse management albeit amateur...

I figured as long as they were transitioned properly, they could handle it. Mountain life where they originate from can be pretty harsh at times... Theory has proven to be reality and happily so...

Thanks man! The new space is taking shape and should be ready for new occupants in a week or so! [emoji876]

In my continued obsession with Micorrgizal Fungi and beneficial bacteria, I've dropped fifteen Supernatural OG beans into damp paper towels to germinate along with a sprinkling of DTE Root Zone... This will ensure that they are all infected properly from the get go... Common practice I've come to find...
