I'm selling the current residence of the Garden of Goodness which my brothers thought would present quite a challenge but I found a realtor who didn't. I am a caregiver and am allowed to grow 20 plants at any given time for me and my patient so we are acknowledging it and taking steps to neutralize the 'presence' of ganja in the residence... When the house is shown, I begin 2 hours ahead of time by shutting down the lights and setting the carbon filters/fans to high... Then I cordon off an area in the room, lock the glass door and shut off the spot lights... My realtor is above and can hear any conversations... This negative is a non issue now and most buyers are nonplussed and interested in the novelty of it all...
Here's what is working while we market the property...
It's worth noting that it's a pretty high end market. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing this in just any situation but in this one it works and no more than eight ounces are 'ripe' at any given point in time and the residence and room is secured in multiple ways which is paramount to me feeling even remotely comfortable with this... The garden must go on! RS
