Mephisto Genetics Rhyce Saroni grows a Toof Decay aka Nanny McPhee

This is definitely worth noting. I've been planning on introducing CO2 enrichment to my garden, which is in a wine cellar, blah blah blah... In prep for this I ordered a CO2/Temp/Humidity reader for the entire room (10 x 8 x 6.5). Here is my first reading after calibrating.

I couldn't believe my eyes! WTF? Can this be true. One way to find out was to open the window to my mini-wikipini which has and outdoor atmosphere, not the basement atmosphere I'd just measured... It dropped to 600 something and I shut the window again. It went back up to 1078. Me and my helper went in there to do give nutrition to the girls in the flower tent and raised it to 1600...

Woah! I still need at least 24 hours or so of data, but it appears that my wine cellar space is just f*cking ideal. Go figure? I was wondering but I really can't believe what I've just discovered. So I'm doing water/nutrition every ganja morning at 1100-1600 ppm @ 85 - 90 F... As Emeral Legassi says BAM!

RS :smokeit:

P.S. RH in my flower tent is 35%...

That's a sweet little gadget there ! I've been researching the whole Co2 thing lately myself. Nice plants!

It was my understanding that ambient air usually contained 300ppm of CO2 and that
1500pp was what a plant could hang with.

Just makes me wonder if it's calibrated properly...

If it is, you hit the jackpot but don't fall asleep down there... ;)

I believe at 900 ppm, humans begin to get sick. like Trapper says, don't fall asleep! lol. that 1200 is boss though. I've gpt a small box, 4x3x4, and even a cup of sugar and a tablespoon of yeast make a noticeable difference in growth. Trying out this co2boost bucket now, still too early to tell. It is supposed to last for 3 months, and the buyin is not so bad.

I stopped reading the outdoor air prematurely when the ppm was at 600, read the directions and realized that the unit calibrates on power up and reports changes every minute. I still need to do some more testing but should know in a couple of days.

I sometimes fall asleep outside the room in my easy chair... But I do get stoned in it! :Sharing One:

LOL! I know, I bought two, one for where I sit... It's nice to know that all I need to do to control this environment is open a window or door... I've had a few good hyperventilation experiences in there getting high... Saw stars and colors... Really!

You all got me curious... I've found what I believe to be some good data regarding co2. It's worth the read.

NB My potting/lounge area which is adjacent to the grow room is 900 ppm which is acceptable for humans. With 1000 being the high safe limit according to OSHA.

I left out Tahlia - Triangle Kush last night because I was tired. I gave her some attention tonight. She'd an unusual start in that she'd was leggy and all cotyledon. An experiment I did may have caused this... Not to worry, gave her some TLC and she seems to be catching up with her healthier sister, Luna...

I laced the top of the pot with worm castings too... RS

you may want to have your furnace checked for a flue leak. that is a high figure, and could be dangerous.:tiphat::hug:good for the plant's, not so good for you.:Feeling SAD..?:

I know! The furnace and infrastructure are new. That reading was due to me and my helper working in the room. This makes sense because when I went in there this morning it was 575 (very normal) and 81 when I went in and did my WAB and puttering, I raised the humidity, temp and co2 which read 775 and I wasn't busting a sweat like when we're tending the crop. So last night two humans and daybreak (for my light cycle) were contributing I believe. I'm going to log it for a few days to better understand the nature of things.

But the data so far is making me feel much more comfortable about the origin of the concentrations. Humans...
