I'm starting this thread because I had originally posted their inception on my;

I'm growing two of these on a lark.

I had only planted one to begin with because I wanted to plant my Mephisto genetics beans directly in soil and wanted to see how long it would take to emerge as well as develop my skill at direct soil sowing.

When Dot (Lemon Haze) refused to take her hat off, I got pissed and threw another Bubble Gum seed into the container to tempt fate. As fate would have it, both survived. I carefully scooped out Blow (Bubble Gum) and gently set her into her own container.

So.... They are 10 days today and for the sake of letting folks see what Bubble Gum does for me without getting it all confused with Lemon Haze and White LSD. I'm starting this new thread.

I have grow BG twice and it's one of my favorites.Mine grew fast and had tons of trychomes and I never had any problems with them. Good luck .

Great to hear Namvet! I smoked some a while ago and loved it. Nice to know that they're not finicky gals! Should do nice with a little love and tenderness...

13 days from seed/9 from showing cotyledon and first true leaves

Ok folks, quick update. Chew and Blow are moving along, I just gave them their first taste of nutrition with 1/4 teaspoon of fish emulsion to 1 liter of water. Each one got 6oz of oxygenated solution which was applied to the outer perimeter of the fabric pot to moisten the soil.

Here they are at 13 days from seed/9 from showing the cotyledon and first true leaves.ff

Just a quick update... These two got week 2 feeding toady @ 15 days old. Both are trucking along nicely. No negatives to report.

Blow is outpacing Chew...

Well... another strain and another stand-out! Blow (who came to life in Micro Dot's dirt), was carefully scooped out at a nascent stage and gently tucked into her own soil and pot. Chew, aptly named because she had to chew her way out from under her hat at birth is perceptibly smaller. Not by much but smaller none the same.

My money is on Blow. Another stand-out that I'll be paying a little extra attention to...

Soil is fluffy, moist and airy. I gently spray the soil to keep it evenly moist, never pouring anything on the soil. Even when I fill fabric pots with growing medium I barely compact it, maybe just one little tap on the ground to fit in the inch that will settle over time. This practice works and the plants are loving it. Along with oxygenating (bubbling) the water, these plants should be getting the max amount of oxygen to the root system as possible for the methods of growing I am using.

Bubble Gums

Another special one that Blow... Firmly in the lead... Another vigorous grower like my White LSD Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. Blow at 17 days is starting to rival her older sister Micro Dot (lemon haze - 22d), although Micro Dot is clearly a few days older.
