Directions say mix and let sit 24-48hrs. Gotta get the seeds in the ground in the next couple weeks so they can finish before the humidity and bugs come out in September

Reusing soil

Yeah if you add 5oz of ewc, 5oz of aeration and 1.5oz of kis packet per bag of soil it won’t be hot. You could add some good compost too. My soil seems to keep getting better. My next grow will be in a batch of soil on it’s 6th grow, 4 years old.
Bone meal, and such are agricultural by products. I won't use that shit
