Being a retiree from the chemical coating industry, I do not reccommend using spray paint in any grow area...even tho ya think the paint has dried due to the 'fast-tail' solvents escaping, there are many 'slow-tail' solvents still evaporating for quite some time...msds sometimes will not show proprietary incredients.....I def rec FLAT white latex (brush applied) as it aborbs very little light and relects very little heat....good air exchange minimizes any heat reflection...

I like a nice gloss latex myself... very easy to clean and shines a reflective sheen! :)

Ialso read years back is has a 3% better light reflectivity than aluminum.... :)

Have you investigated Kool Seal reflective roof coating? Coat with Kool Seal Elastomeri Roof Coating to protect buildings from the elements for years. Highly reflective to keep interiors cooler and reduce energy costs--up to 35%! Guaranteed for 10 years. Seems to reflect heat as well here is a link to the MFG's website http://www.koolseal.com/product_family.asp?family=elastomeric
