Old Reviews Quiet filter for shed grow?

It seems pretty big, I wasn't going to use the whole space though, the plan was to put a tent in there. Maybe a 1.2x1.2m tent which I've already got. Its the noise levels of fans I was concerned about. Didnt think much of smell if I paid for a decent fan and filter. 2 if needed.
If you put a tent in there, you could also insulate the tent to reduce the noise. The cloudlind style fans are quieter than the cheap fans. I have see a couple knock off. I believe vivosun makes one.

My cloudline is in a well insulated tent in a garage and I have no smell or noise from outside the garage. That storage container does have thin walls so the noise will be louder than through a garage wall.
Also as mentioned already a larger fan than what you need will allow you to run it at a lower level which will significantly reduce noise levels.

I love my infinity fans. As mentioned they make a silencer for all sizes. They go up to 12 inch inline fans. Also you can use the s series as active intake and t series as exhaust and run it off the awesome controller that has a probe for temp and humidity.

I know this is a couple months old, but for a grow somewhere like that, you can make the front section of it look like a workshop, or something. You can make a false back wall where you can get into the grow room, but when you open the door, people think they can see the back of the shed. Even stack some empty boxes along the back, or something big. Do some work out there so your neighbors think you're working on projects, woodworking, or what ever you're in to. Having the grow room behind the false wall allows you to have privacy in there, and if one of the neighbor comes up, they won't know any better. I've been in a few different sheds and garages where they were very creative and you wouldn't even know there's a grow going on in there. For your grow room portion, you can always frame up interior walls which will make it quieter also.

Consider using an ozone Generator vented outside w a smaller fan filter setup. The ozone genny will eat most all the smell but u dont want to saturate the grow or the area u will be in cause its caustic . they make inline ozone generators and they are usually quieter moving less volume also consider putting baffles inline of the exhaust duct and insulating the fan w sound deading material.

Presuming it gets hot in the Summer and is now Spring wherever you are, what are you going to do about cooling the tent or shed?

It may be simplest and best just to have the tent inside the the house. Have it in an air conditioned room with the exhaust/heat from the tent venting out a window.

Brother you do know your shed it going to stick right out on the police thermal camera!? Loads of people caught that way. Same as if it snows and your shed is clear. Just a thought

You can get a silencer for the other outlet on the fan, they look similar to the carbon filter.
To keep noise down I went for a 6'' instead of a 4'' AC Infinity Fan and just run it on a lower setting, I have it in my tent in my bedroom and it doesn't bother me at all.

That is thing i dont understand. After 5y of growing. Fresh air.. So what if you can vent outside your room. And you grow in tent.In your bedroom. Living room.
