What is affy (as in affy dom) and what is DC (as in DC dom)??

thanks all....that's about what I could gleen but why say affy /afghani, doesn't that really mean/imply indica?
or if that sentence makes no sense, aren't all affy's indica ???

Afghan is indica dominant but doesnt necessarily all the hybrids are.

they are both afghani, they are both indica....

they just have a few different characteristics.
