Firing back up the closet with the last two Devil Cream Auto from Sweet Seeds that I've got. Wanted a couple smaller, quicker plants for this grow and think it should be a perfect strain for it. Here's a quick run down on the setup for the grow:

Space: Back room closet roughly 2 1/2 by 5 feet converted to a grow space
Main Lighting: 200W of 3500K DIY built LED using Cree COB's
Supplemental lighting: There's a couple of 15w each UVB bulbs thrown in for a little "voodoo science"
Watering: Blumat automated watering system fed by a small reservoir of carbon filtered tap water.

Nutrients and medium: The soil for this grow will be a semi-recharged run of the 2.1 master mix soil from tlosoils.com. This is a TLO soil that from my original info should be able to handle two grows per mix. My last grow had favorable results with the mix, so I'm hoping for good things this time around as well. I did do a small recharge between grows. I added the soil from the two plants grown in it before back into the mixing tub with the couple gallons left in there, tossed in half a bag of worm castings, some extra coir I needed to use, and charged it all up with a good dose of molasses water. Let it cook mixing once or twice for the last month to month and a half. As with the last grow, I'll also be using their compost tea mixes once a week to supplement things.

Soaked the seeds overnight Tuesday and sowed them into a mini Solo cup starter bit of straight Roots Organic Original soil (TLO mix too hot for seedlings) on Wednesday. Both germinated without problems and have finished sprouting in the last day. Here we gooooooooo.......... :smoking:

Dropped the seedlings into the main pots this evening. Need to dial the Blumat on the left in a little better, getting some run off in the pan under the pot that I shouldn't be but don't think it's anything to hold off on the transplant for. Had some nice looking roots around the bottom of both cups, so they are definitely ready for more room to stretch out.

Brewed up a batch of the tlosoils.com "new roots" compost tea overnight and gave them both their first does of tea this evening after the lights came on. Little light coloring and some leave twisting that I'm hoping was just reaction to the transplant and getting used to the Blumats for watering. Otherwise looking good. :greenthumb:

Subbin', these didn't even sprout for me, all four seeds from a package.

That's odd. I did have one of the four that didn't sprout for me now that I think back about it, but Sweet Seeds stuff is usually pretty stable from what I've read. Popular around the forums, at least. :greenthumb:

Might post up about it in the Sweet Seeds section or shoot them an email. Some seed guys from what I've heard will help folks out with replacements if they get a bad batch (sometimes...I think...don't take my word for it) :smoking:

I am subbed up, Have the plants greened up and gotten used to the blumat? They look underwatered in the pic above, that is most likely the cause of the pale coloring and twisting at first.

Yep...they seem to be taking off alright. That was my thinking as well with underwatering that they took a couple days to find the moisture after being moved into the Blumat pots from the little seedling cups. I should have done a hand watering on the pot when I moved, but at the time I was planning on hitting them with a dose of tea right away so didn't want to over saturate things. But the snow moved in and I waited a couple days to avoid risk of things freezing up outside while bubbling overnight.
