New Grower Questions on soil ingredients in UK

Hi guys, have been reading up here for a while and am about to take the plunge and start some mi5's.

Just have some questions though im gonna use full dulplex's soil mix that I found on here but am struggling to find where to buy composted cow manure or seaweed kelp anywhere in the uk?

Also instead of blood and bone meal, i have some of this lying around will this do?

Welcome to AFN and the New Growers forum. I'm not in the UK so can't help you on the manure and kelp, but I'm sure someone has it as they are both pretty commonly used products. That mix you linked to sounds like it would be a good substitute. What's the NPK ratios of it. I don't see it anywhere on that page?

Cheers for reply, Doesnt seem to have npk ratios on the box.. spose thats what you get for buying cheapo products! Will probably just add less than fd's mix states then just to be on the safe side.

Will probably start some kind of journal with these as am sure I'll need some help further along the way!
