Thanks for the response guys. These color changes, what is the technical name for this particular process? When people talk about something turning "amber" what is that?

I use a 200x handheld microscope, there cheap on eBay/amazon. I had a 30x, but I really couldn't make out the detail. Then again my eyesight isn't the best.
