Grow Room Question regarding access doors on 4x4

I got a 4x4 tent with 3 doors, can only access two but didn't think I'd need it... Til last grow! Then I was happy I had 2 I could use. Only 49 but I'm a land surveyors so sometimes (like today) my psychotic nerve that runs my left ass cheek to leg is really bitching! So glad for easier access! Lol

My 8x4 vivosun has front and back doors, but I obviously had to put it against a wall. So I cannot access the back. When it’s loaded, it is hell to get to the back. When I decided to get a smaller tent to grow in the house during summer, I bought a cheaper 4x2 that had one of those single wraparound doors. Was a bit better. But a flimsy tent I didn’t have much faith in.

I finally got a Gorilla 4x2 and it has double front doors that open all the way around and I can access everything if need be. I’m planning to replace the 8x4 in the shop with a Gorilla 4x4 now since I now have a tent inside. And after experiencing the luxurious access with the gorilla, I can’t live without it.

Not exactly apples to apples, but my vote is for the most access points you can have.
Pretty much where my thinking has been from the beginning, but I figured I would ask anyway. There are a whole lot of growers here with more experience than I have.

Sounds like I am on the right track, thanks for the response, and happy growing mate. :thanks:

Is it a tent, or room/closet?
It is a closet, sort of. At any rate, it is made of plywood, and is a stand alone affair. The newly modified one will be on casters so I can move it easily, and I have decided on doors on two sides. Thanks for the reply, and happy growing.

Get some of those plant dollys, they make it so much easier.

They would if they allowed moving plants right out of the growdrobe, but since the floor of the growdrobe is elevated, I'll pass. I will likely just leave the pots in place and do what I need to without moving them. OTOH, if it proves to be a nuisance to not be able to shift them within the growdrobe, I will re-consider. Thanks for the suggestion. :thanks:
