For Insomnia Rhino Ryder is great! For extraction they are all valid, but if we had to recommend one it would be West Coast OG.

Also one that's a consistent generous yielder.

Honestly, all the strains are gonna smell a lot, there isn't really a particular one that jumps to mind. G14 is incredibly potent and has a very nice high. All the strains are fantastic really, if I had to give favourites then: Crystal Meth, G14, Green Crack, GSC to name a few.
