Mesa', it looks like a watering issue,... did she dry out badly, or stay really wet for long?.... could be a touch of N-tox' too, what's the feed deal?..... either way, it's not hard to do in a Solo cup! Roots look fine,... any stank from them? pythium typically reeks of funk/rot....

She's not stinky. But I think she did stay wet for too long. It took until day 9 for my first watering, that's why I had thought must be root rot. She looked great for 2 days after the water, then the droop set in. She didn't dry out until again until around day 18 I believe.

Her first feed on day 9 (2 days before droop) was 50ppm of cal/mag and 100ppm MC, 50 ppm green planet root builder and my base tap water is 250ppm. It's sorta my normal ppm's for week 2's in soilless mediums.

Not sure if this is an indicator of over/under water but the leaves are very stiff. There is a resistance when I lift one of the leaves up.
