Dutch Passion PSC Grows Dutch Passion's AutoDaiquiri Lime and AutoBrooklyn Sunrise in Autopots

Hey all, this is my fourth grow, first time using autopots and coco coir. I've been lurking AFN for a while and learned a ton!

So far my best yielding plant was 6.3 oz dry with a crowded tent and calcium defs. This time around I'm giving these plants plenty of space each. My goal for this grow is 200+g per plant.

Tent: 4'x4'
Light: 600w HPS, 20/4 schedule
Medium: 50/50 coco coir/perlite, 1" washed clay pebbles at the bottom of 3.9gal autopots
Nutes: GH flora trio + calmag using the growweedeasy schedule for coco.


I planted seeds on Oct 23, the AutoDaiquiri Lime and AutoBrooklyn Sunrise sprouted four days later on Oct 27.

Day 5 from sprout:

Here they are sharing the tent with a Sweet Seeds Dark Devil and a WoS Afghan Kush Ryder. Those are going into a 4'x2' under 400w HPS in a few weeks.

I had some strawberries in the tent too . Moved them out a week later or so.

Turned on the autopots for both plants, and moved out the other two.

AutoDaiquiri Lime:

Overhead view. Did some LST on the main stem and leaf tucking to try and expose the colas. This lady has some really big fan leaves! Some of the leaves have a little wrinkling, I think the pH was a little high.

Day 26:

Seeing some fast growth now. Did some LST on both plant's main stems to flatten the canopy, I'm hoping to really fill the tent. They're getting around 70k LUX at the top now. The Daiquiri Lime seems a little hungry, the lower leaves are a bit yellow, while the Brooklyn Sunrise is looking great. They both feed from the same reservoir so I'm not sure whether to up the feed a bit.

Overall the autopots are making things very easy!

Day 29:

BS on the left, ADL on the right. The Brooklyn Sunrise is taking the lead in terms of size. The flower stretch should be starting now, hopefully I can get these two filling most of the 4x4 space by the end. I got a small 100w LED to supplement the 600w HPS. I'm hoping that will boost the yield a couple oz and add some spectrum.

Day 30:

Updating more frequently now that we're in the flowering stretch. The Brooklyn Sunrise is expanding vigorously, I'm adjusting the LST every day. Its leaves are all in perfect condition. Daiquiri Lime is growing pretty fast too, though not stretching quite as much as Brooklyn Sunrise. It's showing slight calcium deficiency so I'll keep the calmag levels pretty high; the pH should be pretty close to 6 but I'm using indicator drops not a meter.

A hint of cal deficiency on a few big fan leaves. This was the worst leaf so it's not too bad right now.

Can't fit the whole plant in the overhead view any more, the grow light gets in the way!

Day 32, Left Brooklyn Sunrise, Right Daiquiri Lime:

Shaped these into a pretty flat canopy.

Both plants are showing tons of tops now! Brooklyn Sunrise canopy measures about 19"x18" and Daiquiri Lime is at about 15"x15".

Day 34 Sunrise on the left, Lime on the right:

Both are continuing to grow quickly. Brooklyn Sunrise is bigger, and also seems like she's a bit farther along in budding than Daiquiri Lime. I think the Lime is going to catch up. I added ~100W of extra LED light, a platinum led p150, to cover the darker areas. My 600W hps lights roughly a 3'x3' area effectively, I hope this adds some yield and quality. Some of the big fans are yellowing and spotting a bit. I upped my feed to 3ml/5ml of floraMicro/floraBloom per gallon, continuing to use 5ml calmag too. Currently her canopy is at 15" x 16".

Sunrise:

I'm hoping I can get the sunrise to fill the forward/backward space. Currently her canopy is at 20" x 18".

Day 36:

I ended up moving a Dark Devil into the big tent for a couple reasons. First I'm not sure I'll be able to fill the 4x4 with the BS and ADL after all. Second my afghan kush ryder didn't auto and it took over my 2'x4' tent so I didn't have any more space there anyway, so it kind of worked out okay.

Both BD and ADL are continuing to grow quickly, the autopots are working great. The only issue I'm getting is a bit of calcium deficiency on all my plants. Might need some extra calmag in coco, but I'm already using 5mL/gallon.

For the canopies, the Brooklyn Sunrise measures at 22" x 19" and the Daiquiri Lime measures at 17" x 16". Got some pics under the lights today

Day 37:

I figured out today that the autopot valve on the Brooklyn Sunrise was stuck open so it would keep the tray at 1" water all the time! I cleaned the valve a bit, not sure where it got stuck, but now it's working properly again. I think it was only stuck for a few days, hopefully that didn't cause too much harm.
