I’m curious about this as well. It’s one of the few types of pro-mix I have available locally

Same, but I'm weary of the slow release nutrients. Might be worth it to try a freebie seed in a small pot and see how it fares.

Looks good to me, and I have considered it, but I have not tried it. It will have not have ideal ratios for the whole grow, but I expect that it will produce bud, especially with a bit of help with additional nutes to adjust things slightly during the grow - maybe a tad extra N until flowering, a shot of P during transition, and some P K boost in the latter half or so of flowering.

If you give it a try, please journal, this stuff is widely available, so if it would make a good simple soil grow, lots of peeps here might be interested.

Good luck with it. :pighug:

I'm going to have leftover FOOP Veg and Bloom Nutes from this time that may compliment it well. They're not heavy: Veg1 0-0-0 + Veg2 1-1-0
Bloom 1: 0-0-1 + Bloom 2: 1-2-0

Those should do nicely to shift things a bit. Dialing things perfectly is unlikely, as usual when fiddling with soils, you just never know how much of what is left in there. Bigger pots, I think, help. Good luck with it, I hope you knock it outa da park. :pighug:
