The leaf curling can also be from too much water.
The two issues might be from the same problem, or not. The leaf distortions could be an early calcium issue which seedlings seem to go through for a while sometimes, and then grow out of it, or as already mentioned, a bit of light intolerance. I'm afraid I don't have enough experience to be sure one way or the other, but I would not bin her until she stops putting on more or less healthy growth. In the meantime, just don't transfer anything from this plant to the others via clippers, fingers, or the like.
All girls were in the same tent. From my experience, leaf curling on the edges like that is from light intensity? If you are growing multiple seedlings, some might not be able to handle the light intensity more than others.
For the most part, it looks healthy and not much to worry about.
Like I mentioned before… If you are dealing with seedlings and not clones, each plant (pheno type) will react different to not only light but also nutrients.Nothing was different for this girl.
Thank you so much AMG!!!Like I mentioned before… If you are dealing with seedlings and not clones, each plant (pheno type) will react different to not only light but also nutrients.
Oh yeah, I fully understand.Like I mentioned before… If you are dealing with seedlings and not clones, each plant (pheno type) will react different to not only light but also nutrients.
Yes! Overall she looks happy and healthy.Oh yeah, I fully understand.
I've never had anything like it with using the Roots Organic Original in a year and a half. I use it unamended to start the girls when I'm transplanting and dig out a hole for it if I'm planting in the final pot. I give them water only while in the starters.
I'm pretty regimented. I try to be very consistent in everything I do. It can help eliminate/lessen the likelihood of problem areas.
I didn't find any Elephants that looked liker her with everyone growing this strain.
This particular girl may just REALLY be sensitive to light or maybe it's a genetic leaf coloring is causing the sensitivity.
Or it's something seed born.........doubtful, but possible.
I'll ask SuperSativaSeedClub-David if he's seen anything close to it.
She's still growing! LOL!
I germinate multiple auto seedlings at one time as well. I usually can see differences in structure, color, nutrient intake, slight mutations, growth speed, etc. Even though I treat all of them the same, I can see the differences.Oh yeah, I fully understand.
