Outdoor Prepping seedlings to be put outside.

How do you guys like to get your seedlings ready for transplant outside. I heard that to prevent shock they should be put outside a couple hours a day before transplant.

You can put them outside in the sun if you can for four to five hours a day for three or four days before you transplant to harden them off .
