Powdery mildew ?

Hey all i have a 3 week old autoflower however she is showing white spots when the light is on and the spots are clear when the light is off could it be a sign of mildew thanks ?

It maybe pm... such a small plant take a cup and put 4 tablespoons are hydrogen peroxide in that and fill the rest up with water take a cloth or a sani-wipe and put it in the hydrogen peroxide and water mix and wipe off the leaves gently on top and underneath gently don't rub hard there's no reason to do that.. Then come back tomorrow or the next day and look at it and see what it looks like if there's any more on there then inside your tent you probably got some powdery mildew on the light or the fabric of the tent or the ceiling someplace and it's falling down on top of it and you may have to clean the whole damn tent out
