I just thought I would put this out there, I went from 3 gallon to 5.5 gallon pots & the difference is 2-3 times the yield!! 3 gallon was yielding 35-55 grams, average on 3 different grows. When I changed to 5.5, I'm getting 115-135, & here is a picture of a northern lights that is obviously higher than that. I've been flushing for 2 weeks, almost done, but it's 105 days old, didn't start flowering til 55 days, I thought it may have been a photo. I DID a lot of lst training, & accidentally broke the main stalk at about 4 weeks. Everyone says DO NOT TOP, but this thing went crazy after the main top was broken!!! Tell me what you think!!!

Very wise words from everybody,as each grower has a different style, nutes, strains, and environment..I was mainly using 2 gallon geo/fabric pots and had some come in at 230+ grams and some at less than 60 grams..ive also grown larger plants in larger pots but that didnt always equal higher weight...and yes autos can take HST training but some strains will react to that differently as well....

Not every strain will be bigger in bigger pot.

I did Mephisto sour crack in 10 and 15L pots and smaller pot actually yield more.
As I was reading earlier, some strains prefer drier conditions with more feedings as opposed to being constantly submerged or soaked. This is why a lot high yielding growers doing cookie crosses and og's are doing Ebb and flow... someone correct me if I'm wrong. That's just what I understood earlier.
