I am converting from HST/LST to LST only now. And bending the main stem with the anchor tie at the base pulling to one side of the pot and the other side I have a tie near the top bending the main stem over. So far so good. But I can see how as the plant gets taller its going to be harder to keep bending the main stem to one side. But if the plant was off center, to one side in the pot, I could have better bending capabilities.

Is it OK to sow your seeds off center in the pot? Would that affect root development?

Here is my centrally situated plant in the 2 litre challenge. There are ways past most things.

Thanks for sharing that. I see what you did. I don't have a lot of flexibility with my pots and tie downs from the outside like that. Was hoping to just give myself a slight advantage in this game by going off center right from the get go and the sowing of seeds.

I have sometimes gone (25%) from center/side of pot ... usually with my photos..Sativa mostly for height purposes
Just got into autos... anyways ..
I use tomatoe cages ... and tie the main (usually topped colas ) ... and kinda weave it thru like it's a vine.... might have to do when I flip my next girl... document it
But I dont think (at 25%off center) that causes any I'll effects

I'll have to take a pic or 2 of what I came up with today. Not sure what percent off center it would be. Maybe 35. I'll post pics tomorrow if I remember.
