Pollen controll

I would plus rep but still can't. I've used CS with H2O2 and had no powdery mildew on infected plants- now I know it's the H2O2-------1cc of 35% in 33cc RO water!!!!
You can wash the plant upper and lower leaves to full run off---plants seem happy!!!! Blooming plants may stop blooming I'll have to see if no CS will still effect the bloom. I will add this to pollen controll---wash with H2O2 solution for stray pollen and PM daily.

The Maui this morning had poped it's first flower-it is in it's own box with the filtration system but some of it is still ongoing project I had hoped would be done by noon and before first pop. I had hoped to pasteurize the place first but it was open this AM. I collected the last OG Kush pollen that will come off the live plant, and cut it,-bagged it, and will finish collecting the last pollen off site. Right now I turned the heat off, and put water on to boil. The outside humidity is 100% and in my place boiling water will turn this place into a steam bath in less than an hour. All the plants were first washed for PM and now are in the closet or cabinets with lights off and fans off while the steam builds. Then I need to finish my pollen hood for my pollen cabinet. I'll post you all on that soon.

Thought I'd update-In "pasteurizing" my place for pollen by boiling water-- the first time I did it, it was at the tail end of high humidity outside. This second time I had a big fog attack so I steamed the place up-it is a mistake to do so at such a time unless the high humidity attack is just about to end-that is a good time but in the middle of a long humidity attack one can not dry out very easily. I thought I just heard a little mold spore with a dinky bugle play the cavalry charge.

Well amongst other things I found is water and H2O2 is a not so reliable way to remove mildew. Tomorrow is lock down day. I'll kill what's left of the Maui pollinate a plant and pasteurize the place. I have only found a few seeds on the "Canary" plants and pollinated top buds of my target plants-very few on top as most of my seeding can be attributed to earlier pollination when I assumed there was no male Maui. Craziest of was my most disappointing unwanted pollination was in fact the pistulas af the latest of Maui pistulas to mature. Maui sends out a brown pistula in prebloom I misidentified two buds as pollinated just in case I spared one, put the plant to bed and 12 hours latter the one I spared had white pistulas-few-wee! Most of the pollen control has been the pollen cabinet aka The Nad-O-Cabinet. See Link
https://www.autoflower.org/f104/nad-o-botany-cabinet-nano-botany-cabnet-17832.html I'll wait a week and then go on stray seed patrol Looks like my system is working.

a UV-C lamp might be the way to go perhaps?
I've also heard of some thing called Eagle 50-I'm about ready to try one or the other.

I was going to save this but I got a PM and it crosses on this subject-hope it helps him.

I'll go a week and then go seed hunting on my pseudo-seedless flowers. Yet already what seeds I have suffered have been from pollinating another plant, and then misting the plant to deactivate the pollen. This has been a mistake-you must drench the plant-every bit of it, undersides, stems, buds, soaked through. If you don't but just mist you'll see a few seeds-if you drench, it will reduce your unwanted pollinations. I would estimate that the lack of full deactivating of pollen has been responsible for 90% of the seeds I see. I pollinate plants in a low density flower state which helps in drying. I force air thru with a fan till dry. I don't like soaking buds but it is the difference between good and excellent, in terms of pollen control.
