Please Help

First, stop feeding! FFOF soil is too hot for little ones by itself, much less adding nutes on top.

You can easily go a month in OF without a feed from the start.

This may require a flush, I'll let @Waira chime in here, not a fan of trying to flush problems in soil.
Omg really?? Oh no!! Kinda figured that was most likely the damn problem. Because the nutrient people definitely suggested to us to not feed until week 3 and then only give 1/2 dose. But watching so many different peoples ways.. do u think their ruined now?? Should I scrap and restart??

Ok. That makes sense being autos. Could you just explain the ppms to me? I'm sorry. All the numbers and mLs confuse me. So I should check PPMs of the nutrients before I give it?? If it reads too high then what do I do?? And I guess from here on out I should give half doses of nutrients...

No worries - Arthur has just given some great advise as he knows the soil!

For feeding (when the time comes), use 1/4 of the recommended dosage, and then check the water - If it reads high (and you trust your meter), add more water to dilute it! Then also check the PH.

Less than 1/2 dosage for next feeding (when the time comes) i would say.

And yes, i'd also wait for @Waira to visit before making any hasty decisions.

To get an accurate read of the soil, get a shot glass and fill it with soil from the plant, maybe an inch down is fine, put in a glass with a shot glass full of the water you use and let sit for about the time it takes if you watered the pot to see water at the bottom. Then take a pH and a ppm reading. Your right where the plant eats, so you'd like to see mid 6s on pH and something between maybe 300 and 900 ppm.

Don't scrap! I've seen finished plants no bigger than yours! She doesn't look terrible, just a little knocked around.

If your ppm is high, no feed, water only (maybe microbes) and when you water, water to get some runoff and then get rid of it. This is early yet by the looks.

Edit: pH'd water only

Ok..you guys are great. Thank you so much. I'm sure I'll be posting more

Great!! Thank you so much. I'm gonna do the shot glass thing right now..

So I just checked the water in the cup before I put the shot glass of soil in and the meter reads 245 ppms...just the plain water..does that make sense?? Or could that be something wrong with the meter?

Here's what google says about PPMs and water quality

Drinking water from reverse osmosis, distillation,,, etc..0-50 PPM
Often considered acceptable range for carbon filtration, mountain springs or aquifers. 50-140 PPM
Average tap water. 140-400 PPM
Hard water. 170 PPM or above
Less desirable 200-300 PPM
Unpleasant levels from tap water, aquifers or mountain springs. 300-500 PPM
The EPA's maximum contamination level. 500 PPM

Is your meter made in china? Is it yellow? Do you adjust it with a screwdriver?
If the answer to these are yes, i'd look into another meter!

No it's not yellow and no you don't adjust with a screwdriver..not sure about where ppm meter was made but I'll try to do d out..

Maybe it just needs re-calibrating (did you get some calibrating solution with it). Then test the water again and see if it comes out lower.

Hey guys hope all are having a good day. So I have a ton of questions sorry in advance..lol. First Time grow.
Plant 1 (Toof Decay from mephisto)@ 4 weeks FFOS Suite Leaf nutrients
Started out slow but over last 2 weeks has really bushed up and is about 7 inches tall now. One issue about week 2 1/2 her leaf started to curl in. Just the edges on one leaf. But now I see many leaves with this little curling on the edges. And it's dark green.
Plant 2..(Critical Purple from growers choice) FFOS suite leaf- Also 4 weeks now. Shes nice and bushy right now...but a couple leaves are yellow around the edges worse than Toof Decay. Shes also dark green with what feels like very brittle leaves.
Plant 3..(Sour Stomper from mephisto) 4 weeks also. FFOS Started out slow but has really passed the rest over last 2 weeks. But has dark brittle green leaves. Other then that stomper looks ok to me. But like I said this is my first grow ever and I'm very nervous lol. I'd really appreciate any help and info anyone could give me. Thank you in advance guys. Also, if it matters their all autos, their in a 3x3 grow tent with an optic 4 light. The light is currently at 36 inches from canopy. Helppppp (In the picture single plant in front is sour stomper, in back on left is critical purple and next to purple on the right is toof decay) the last 3 pics are critical purple

hey @John1419 and :welcome: to afn! :toke: there'z lotza knowledgeable peepz here to help u through ur worriez...uh, i'm jus not one of em...
