Grow Mediums Plant hasn't sexed after 9 weeks......what's going on???

2 weeks bro, you will likely see a slow down for a week, then hairs then hold on for the stretch!

Geez...So I'm probably looking at a total of 10 weeks from now to harvest. Will she yield a proper amount?
She's grown really bushy and the leaves all the way around the edges and in the middle on the bottom have been slowly dying. Should I trim these and anything that may not be getting sufficient light off?

So did they end up switching to bloom?

Nope. i tried everything from switching the light cycle to 12/12 to keeping it in darkness for 72 hrs to kick start flowering. Gave up after 3 weeks and scrapped her.

That's a bummer. Was cheering for you to get them to switch to bloom. I am having similar issues but not at the point to give up yet.
