New Grower PK and NL

Well after 4.5 days in the brown bags the northern lights has gone into jars.. The bag with the pop corn got too dry for a cure, so those will be my sample first-go-to jar while the nice big ones were at the perfect dryness to get a true slow cure.. Received my 1 liter air pots still waiting for the 1 gallons to come in to start my next adventure. "uuuuggghhhh.."

PK dry weight 31g
NL dry weight 65g

Equals to about 3.4oz and .6g per actual w pulled, would like to see that go up to .8 + and I think it will with a few changes, air-pots, using the trio more effeciently - didn't really use any of big bloom or grow big just tiger bloom, was worried of burning, also using some "stronger" genetics on the next round !

I TRY to burn the tip's a little and then back off a little with the trio.. although some don't use the same nute's, most of the heavy hitting grower's on here do it like that to push the plant's as much as possible. didyou use any f the beastie bloom & cha-ching ?

Nope non of the beastie bloom or cha-Ching but you have a little formula for using them right? I'd love to be enlightened on how to utilize them. Your auto assassins are looking great by the way !

I add it per the ff soil chart, but I only add 1/16 teaspoon per gal with 1/2 strength trio.about the assassin's have been getting full strength trio and I just started the beastie bloomz. feed 16oz twice about a day & 1/2 apart, then just water to about 20% runoff. my big secret is out lol. oh I mix the trio then add the bb then ph. with the bb/cc added it always come's out 6.5. I think they have a built in buffer. but they are not organtic so you'll need a good cleansing flush before harvest.

Thanks elsam, was thinking about trying an organic run next not sure though. Just dropped a bloody skunk into water last night - going to plant it after 24h soak.

Got the BS potted up into a 1 gal air-pot with some OF.. Will start journal when its 7-10 days old.

I do not credit myself with a good olfactory but the Northern Lights smells like a fresh cut peach, open the jar and it hits me instantly - I'm surprised by the smell and how quick it came, but I do like both of those surprises :thumbs:.

The Purple Kush took about 3 weeks to get a decent smell, it's hard to pinpoint sort of that generic decent smoke with a quick sweet spice then a little musk piney after twang? I am looking forward to growing another one but not for a while, maybe next year"uuuuggghhhh..".
