Her buds right now are the size of baseballs.

Brilliant...this is where I need work this spring..
you are definitely out-stripping me on the density.
expect it off season..
But
we have to have a compare on my good conditions.

Ive started to harvest in there too, took 2 last night that came in a 126g wet.
i have harvest pics on em, one had some real nice tric coverage.

Ill tell you this, my mouth was watering the entire time i was chopping one last night
i mean to the point where i had to eat something to keep from drooling on my self lol.

Ah...there you just got it..I did Exactly the same..that is why I am on AF's.
Had to hunt it..wasn't optional.

When I got my first seeds..I got AF's and photos.

My first finished AF was LR#1.
Reading all the Bad publicity around LR#1..I didn't expect much..
But..
because I had only used bought bud..she kicked my ass anyway...
the yield was crap though.

My second finished was the Maz...and She was incense..
and such BLISS.
Everything I thought canna should be.....:smokebuds:

So I'm going through the season with the photos thinking my god...
if AF's are the ones that are supposed to be not very strong..
these photos are going to Kill me..
But..

guess what..

I had pure afghan..swazi..and bubbleicious..
and only the pure afghans came anywhere Near to my AF.

Swazi and the Bubble photo..were no where near the strength/effect of the AF.
Was I gutted..

after getting her all trimmed up i didnt want to clean my hands.
the smell was amazing.

I have a Perversion at this point..I Think you might enjoy it..ha ha....

make a cuppa..and wrap your scented fingers around it..

the warmth from the cup releases all the essential oils..
so you get a warmed up..intense..beautiful smell everytime you lift the cup up to your mouth for a sip..

ahh..I can smell it now...drool..drool..drool...
My most Favourite smell in all the world..

yep sure do, i water and allow to drain then place back in.
as they drain the room fills with their smell.

Have you thrown her pot away..IF not..save it and let it dry for a few days...
then Sniff the compo...

(another perversion..I know..I know...:no:..)
but..
the smell is in the soil...
they are SO strong..they scent the compo.
That is why it smells when you water it...it releases it from the compo.

When the compo dries out..the smell is over-powering.
One pot of it stunk the van out for days...it clung to all the cloth..
(this is a trait that I also found in NL..that is why I fancied it as a cross..)

and i have to agree, its the colder weather that has impacted the size of the buds you have there. I figure that once you get a lil warmer things will pick up
and then we can get a proper idea of what you have over there.

Besides you have to get ready for the cup challenge this year......

because I had only used bought bud..she kicked my ass anyway...
the yield was crap though.

and see i grew out Photos before AF, so i had a higher bar set
well all i can say is your JEMS changed my whole though process
you see all i grow now are AF's all my photo beans are on cold deep storage

funny you mention this, i usually let them dry out for 3 days before i chop.
after chop last night when i was going to bin the root masses. I took them out of their pots (roots all together) the smell went through the roof. I was like this is something new.......

Now that we have the site, i usually am diving looking at posts and answering questions
its allowed me to have time to work this project rather than slave over one thread like the one in RIU

so love our new home here

Yup..
But..the warmth rounds the smell...gives you a chance to sniff the Under-currents..
much more Nose..

funny you mention this, i usually let them dry out for 3 days before i chop.

Me too..that is how I Found it.
It is easier to carry down if I let it dry out a bit.

Also..I found trying to identify the smell on the plant Elusive..
I could smell it in the air..not particulally on the pheno..
so if I get a sniff when watering..
I just dry the pot out..and I can identify it better.

I'm a pot sniffer...ha ha ha..
