I seperated out the lowest yielding/least resinous 4 individuals and have since taken them out into my shade house out back to harden off and finish growing outdoors, all plants are purple :D

I also spaced these out a little better and cleaned up some of the yellowing leaves at the very bottom of each plant.

I got really lucky and I think 1 of the 3 I femenized will be the best out of the group and the other 2 are pretty nice as well.

My 2 males left selected for resin and color out of the 7 most vigorous males I started with, are coming inside today to go into a box with a cfl for a few days till I get enough pollen to hit all my indoor girls with for my F9 Pinkiesaliensmileopink.png

Ill try to snap some pics of the buds tonight, the only issue im having is my DSLR doesnt take very good macros and my phone camera is a broke ass piece of shit so.... as soon as I can access a good camera ill show you guys the pretty colors and trichs smilepinkie.png

I love how pinky is a "big leaf" automatic. Her leaves grow very photo like. Most autoflowers have a much smaller leaf.
:eek2:hmmm never noticed that, I dont grow other autos tho... so.. I guess I wouldnt know lol

Bad news...ish...eep.png

My dogs ate my 2 selected F8 males.... sucks because they had just started dropping pollen after they got attacked the first time and both were vigorous, dark maroonish purple and had nice trichome development.

welp.... gotta roll with the punches! I always have a contingency plan, I will be using a select F8 male from my sister line to pollinate these gals instead, he had an encounter with the dogs as well and is on his way to healing back up 100% but hes a nice vigorus male with deep black/purple balls and larger than average pollen sacks. The line he comes from produces exceptionally dark and resinous individuals Just a different hue of purple so I am confident his genes will make an excellent contribution to this line.

my select males were still able to pollinate all my outdoor plants before they were massacred so they will still be making a contribution to the next generation of F7/F8 beans I harvest off those F6 moms.

ideally I would like to isolate each individual shade of purple (including the different stigma colors [red, blood red, purple, hot pink, pink]) and form seperate and distinct lineages of each but that wont be for another few generations and I like all the varieties of purple sooo.... :D

My 2, F8-A1-DS Males
The aftermath....

Set this up for him in my guest room this morning, hes already starting to open up and drop pollen for me :D that was the main thin I was worried about was not pollinating in time.

Day 42

Pollinated all but 1 of my indoor girls today

This plant is nice but not as resinous or as high yielding as some of the others
006.JPG

This plant has a great yield, vigorous as hell and has a good bit of resin coverage buuut.... its kinda greenish toward the top of the buds and thats not what im after for this line either
014.JPG

This is a low yielding twilight pheno, probably only get about 1/4 the weight of a high yielding pheno but these ones are always dense and extra crusty with trichomes so I placea high value on them (semi rare)
023.JPG

And this is the Lone female from the F7 group im trying to maintain (full sibling to the male that pollinated these girls)
shes about a week behind everyone else but developing nicely

These 3 were the runner ups, good yielders with the right color and a good amount of trichomes just not quite as good as my [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] selection

This is my [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] selection, shes a very vigorous, high yielding, near black purple, ultra frosty female that will be producing F9 regular seeds as well as femenized pollen for my next round of dark plants and a photo cross.

Ive done some preliminary smell tests (smell develops as it matures ) and thus far its heavy berry, followed by a light/smooth menthol/exotic spice and finally a dab of cheese on the end notes
