Picture diagnosis

Lift the light 12 inches, the leaves are starting to canoe.
A touch more phosphorus and nitrogen and you"ll be back in business.
Go easy on the nitrogen as the plant is entering flower.
The plant is starving of phosphorus because the lights are so close.

first of all, plant yellow at the bottom when its an N deficit not at the top. N deficient leaves will be uniformly yellow. Yellow leaves with green veins indicates micro nutrient def, or PH issue. 24" light height on plants this age is not likely to be the problem, also he had this issue before changing lights. The canoeing ( actually if you look close the leave are puckering ) is a sign of Zinc def, canoeing can be caused by very low RH combined with high temperature.
Check your PH in the res and check runoff PH. If ok, increase your nutrients.

:yeahthat: yup, paling out first and worst at the tops is almost always a micronute issue, S, Zn, Fe are likely suspects,...
I need pics in normal light though, color is an important clue here,...
If it is, depending on which micronute, you may need a dedicated micronute supplement, more MC may not be the answer,... Earth Juice Microblast is my favorite for this, mostly sulfate compounded so you get an S boost as well! Is it's S, which usually doesn't show any necrosis, and overall even paling, a shot or two or epsoms (MgSO4) can correct this...

Here's some updated pictures in normal light, they actually don't look as bad under normal light.

ahhh, I see better now! Huh, it looks like Mg defc. only up high which is very uncommon,... and it may not be, interveinal chlorosis can show in early stages of a few things, including Zn defc.... *( not S defc., normal light shows better)*....
Overly strong light can magnify such issue too; what height are the lights now?
Most likely this is plain lack-of type defc., but if you aren't already start monitoring the in-pot pH regularly. get a good quality soil pH probe like the Accurate 8 (Control Wizard), avoid the cheapo skinny probe/combo meters as they suck for accuracy! .... google the A8 for deals....
