One of my autos is a photo so i have started putting it in the dark for 13 hours, do i need to do this for the rest of the grow ?
Yes if you're trying to flower it. I run 13/11 with my photo plants 13 on 11 off I find I get the most bang for my buck that way.

I am giving it 13 in the dark, is that right or the other way round ?

Other way around hrs wise also some autos will need a kick to flower but I've seen them personally continue to flower even after the plant was put back to 18/6 I've also had photos flower under 16hrs with lights off for 8hrs also don't be afraid 2 experiment I do that all the time always trying to find different ways to grow/fertilize/lights ect

I don't think this is an Auto, the other 7 are fine, its day 83 and they will be ready very soon. This one has only just started flowering and is twice as big as the others. I am putting it in the dark for 13 hours a day, do i need to do that until harvest ?

That is best but I've seen them come round also I'm not sure this is only a theory of how this occurs but imagine a auto that takes 70days to veg I had one do something like this I left it and it nugged up but definitely more rudialis also have one now that's doing the same I had to throw it outside but doing so hasn't sped things up at all. Another thing that can cause oddities is way generation they were bread to ect anyway I hope she gets back on track for u.
