Also alot of photo plants will show sex in about 45 to 50 days regardless of light cycle.

I thought photos only show sex when you move them to veg

Nope almost all will show under 18/6 in 45 to 50 days. At least all the photos I have grown will and I have grown alot of them from alot of different breeders.

So how do I tell the difference then?

Just wait and see, unless your height or space redistricted, in 30-45 days or so from sprout it should be obvious what it is, photo periods will show sex as in they will have some pistils at their nodes, but an auto flower fill start throwing them out heavily.

Soo if it has a bunch of pistils it's a auto if it has a few it's not?

Pretty much, if its an photo period it should only have like two calyxes on either side of a node until you decide to flower it, where as with an autoflower it will also starting throwing calyxes at a decent rate up each node.

Its Pretty obvious, when it starts typically you will only have to wait a week or so to really know.

If this is a photo, it can show sex under 18/6 or a veg cycle lighting. it will happen after about thirty days or so, also the plant will have some rather good size to it. Side branching will be abundant. If its an auto, by day thirty it will be on its way to flower, you will see clusters (bud sets) of flowers (pistils) and not just in the inter nodes of the plant. They will be all over the branches on the plant.
