Phosphorous deficiency in flower?

Forgot to ask...do you know the name of them? This picture was taken at 30x zoom. I used a magnifier/jewelers loupe kinda thingy and my phone. They are tiny little things.

She seems to have regained her color. She is drinking kinda slow/hardly any tho. Any suggestions or reasons why?

I currently have this White Chem in coco. It is starting to show a few signs of problems on the top leaves only. Could it be light burn? Or possibly too much phosphorous? I did a flush on her today to see if that helps. The runoff was 1200ppm to start with and it got down to 700ppm, which is around what I have been feeding it at.

Not getting any better...so pretty sure the light is too close? Or does it look like something else?

Looks like a phosphorous deficiency.
Even tho none of the others are showing any signs of issues? My HLG 65's are 13 inches away....so I don't think they're too close....that's not enough power to be too close right? I have been giving her Sensi Bloom Part A and Part B. It automatically pH's itself to around 6.4. Since coco is technically supposed to be fed at 5.7-6.2, should I be pH'ing my feed down some? Could that be a part of the issue?

Yes it can be a PH problem. Without the proper tools this is just guess work. You are usually safe if the fertigation PH is correct between 5.8 and 6.2. When a problem crops up you need to know the PH in the root zone where it counts. Testing run-off is notoriously inaccurate. You need a good soil probe Accurate 8 or Blue Lab would be two I recommend. I am probably one of the cheapest growers here. I learned the hard way (6 dead plants, months lost, power, nutes.........) that meters are not the place to take a shortcut. If you cannot afford to get one at this time then we just keep best guessing what to do next.
