Mephisto Genetics pH Problems Fixed - Sour Crack and Grape Crinkle - Let's Go!!

Well here is an update on things. Overall, this grow is going smoothly, especially compared to the last one. No nute burn, no pH problems (I think), leaves look green and plants healthy.

My only issue/concern is that while these plants look better than the last grow, they still lack that SUPER robust body that my first few Mephisto grows had. I had to travel, so was late on an early feeding. Also, the first few grows were with Sunshine mix, which has more start up nutrients than does the Biobizz.
I would welcome any thoughts on this matter.

So here are some pics. First the ladies also with a Dutch Passion Star Ryder, which is about 55 days old. You can see from a few fan leaves that I was still working out the kinks and had some early Cal/Mag issues. . Biobizz doesn't really have much Cal/Mag, so I have been using GO cal mag .izz

Speaking of biobizz, this is my first time using these nutes. I would be curious to hear other perspectives and experiences using biobizz - as you can read, my previous grows were with General Organics and Roots Organics.

Grape Crinkle:

22 inches tall. 34 days old. These aren't the best pics, but she's showing lots of frost and you can smell that grapey, fruity, goodness already.

From what I've seen from different growers is that the crinkle is a medium to small plant with yeilds average around 40gs from what I've seen. But I got two going now so I will find out for myself. Got them in my home made super soil. Seem to love life at the moment.

The ph over my way sucks too. I've also been using synthetic technaflora. Finally been actually scaling back more on nutes and regulating my ph. Its something I never paid attention to much until recently so I'm ready to see a difference when the next girls sprout..

That's a good reference point on the Grape Crinkle! Do you have a journal of that grow, I'll have to take a look!

Let's not forget that the Grape Crinkle LOVES the hydro......my first Grape Crinkle went over 1,500 grams wet and 353 grams(12.47oz) dry!

Hi good luck with this grow, I am going to do one for my first attempt same soil and nutes and it appears first grow battle so I will follow along thanyou, I would be interested in height of plant and age of pictures when you go along if that is no problem

Feeding and update time.

Things seem to be moving along nicely. Again my photos kind of suck (not sure why i can't take a decent picture!), but you can see there's great bud development happening and these ladies are frosty! Especially the Grape Crinkle. Both are 43 days from sprout. No new real vertical growth from the last big post, with GC at 23inches and Sour Crack at 14 inches.

Both of them all cozied up with the Dutch Passion Star Ryder, which is at about 70 days from sprout. I am amazed, in comparion at the rapid bud development between the Mephisto plants versus the Dutch Passion. That said, I am excited about the Star Ryder and looking forward to her harvest. I am a big fan of that smoke!
