Thanks Kudo, just seems i'm losing it at the critical last few weeks

Cheers Bro

Should the fert mix be at 6.5

listen bro if u want this grow to go good dont just ride it out as ur plants wil only get sicker what u need to do is fix ur watering ph it seems like ur soil ph is already about where it needs to be if u are watering at 4.4 and comoeing out at 5.8 what u meed to do is figure out what to ph ur water so that ur runoff is where it needs to be wich is 6.3-6.5. So how u r gonna do this is take ur water that u water with say for example is 5 water with it check ur ru.off example 6 so what that tell u is that u medium ph is a 7 ph see ur meduim ph wil fight with ur watering ph and they will come to a agrement and come to a compramise and they split the differents i hope i explained it good enough to understand. Let me know if that doesnt explain it good enough

My plants are at day 57 and the big fans are starting to go light green/slightly yellow

I've had a PH meter since the start of the grow but never used it

I calibrated the pen ( which needed no adjustment)

I buy my water and has a ph of 5.9
With nutes added it's 4.4
and the runoff is 5.8

Would appreciate any advice on those figures, any other info i'll be happy to supply

i did the math for u ur soil ph is perfect.ot is 6.5 so if u ph ur water to 6.3-6.5 u should be golden just make sure to double check ur runoff and make sure u mix it good before taking ur reading. Ur soil ph jas been the reason y u made it this far in ur grow with out them dien or haven major problems because when u add ur nutes they probably looked unhappy for a day or so thats cause ur soil was tryin to make up for the ph of the water u was puttin in once the feeding solution dried or u feed only water no nutes it probably helped it as the water ph isnt as low as when u add nutes so when u did the next watering it brough u back to a acceptable range of about 6.1- 6.2 its no big deal bro dont add any thing to ur soil just ph ur water where ots spose to be and evrerything should be happy and thriving again

As ur medium dried the soil or medium buffered ur solution back to where it normaly would be then when u did just water the next couple times it wasnt that bad on the plant as the nutes were still in the.medium and ur soil didnt have to fight such a low ph in ur water. I hope this explains it i have awnsered about ph seems like every day i help some one with somethin involvein ph. It seems to be sumtin alot ppl have.problems with in the begining. Good luck bro cant wait to see some nice pics toward the.end of ur grow. Just ph ur water to 6.3-6.5 and u should be burnin huge buds at harvest

Thanks Archaiclife fantastic replys and yes sir, when I add the nutes they do look droopy and unhappy which is the opposite of what I expected
Maybe spending a few extra £ on decent soil has saved my plants!
Thanks for the advice

Yep the soil helped alot if the ph was wrong in the soil to they never would have grew at all because u would have had a ful on nute lock out. There nuthin wrong with spendin a lil extra on better soil when u r new to growin and learning to grow. Man there is alot to it as it seems like i learn sometin everyday still. Especialy strain vs strain. But no problem at all man i luv to help ppl learning cause i dont claim to be no expert and i have question once in a while to. Plus i completely support everyone growin there own.growing is a passion for me and i think its just a wonderfull plant ppl should not look down on like our goverment portrays it. If everyone tried it and or used it i think this would be a.much better world. If theres ever anythink i can help with i will. Good luck man let me know how things go for u after u getsome progress with the new knowledge uve gained
