Paranoia or underfed seedlings?

Hi guys growing under 1 Apollo 6 @ 270w from the wall 570w output at about 30 inches, and two t5’s @ 5 inches.
Temps are 24-26C with an RH of 57.7. Fed 1/4 strength cal-mag with RO water @ 5.9 PH. Mediums promix HP/perlite, and DWC.
