Not sure if he passed on I do know that when he was alive he shared his cuttings with folks who stopped by his house .Its strange to me that I live in an area so rural there's no post office but there is tons of famous stoners an breeders near by hidden in the forests of lane county .Ken kesey an the merry pranksters use to drive down my road not far from there pleasent hill farm or as its known locally p hill .Jack herer died in Eugene the biggest town in the county .Dj short an his son also live near by an a friend was telling me one of the first light dep growers started in my area .Holistic gardening nice I like the sound of that my mom taught me the importance of organic gardening as a kid an I have been hooked ever since can't learn enough or grow enough so many mysteries so much to try .With organics I feel a deeper connection with the plants I gather a lot of the stuff I need an wildcraft teas using custom mixes that have taken me years to figure out they work .Its much easier to buy a nutrient pack or some ready made organics an follow someone else's system that has gotten proven results then to tinker with teas an botany literature an learn a style that takes years of research not everyone understandably wants to be a nerd .

All fimmed an ready for transplant soon into bigger pots an then its the final pot an flower time may 15 th .Got a box of cheap cobs I will be setting up soon got a couple more coming !!next round starts this month .

I'm same as you brother, I feel much more connected with nature using true organics, it's just like magical or majestic when your scraping up the black gold that sits on top of a deciduous forest floor that's been there truly forever. Composting year after year and yet theres only a 6 inch layer.
I started working in manual labor as a landscaper at 12 years old, so I'm just use to putting work in, and it feels so much more rewarding when u do everything from scratch.

:coffee: :hothot: :coffee: :hothot: :coffee: --- I'm fizzing to get started! But that's still several weeks out, thinking end of May. Since they will be in only 10'ers, I have to keep size in check, so a shorter veg' time is necessary....
Strain choices are set, just one last choice I'm grinding over,... :haha:
-- Lilly (Original Delicatessen)... 3-way African cross
-- Skunk Special (Female) .... craving some stank!
-- Purple Afghani Kush (Dinafem).... fingers crossed I get the touted pineapple pheno',....
-- Strawberry Amnesia (Dinafem)
-- Gorilla Breath (HSO)... potency powerhouse
-- last spot is killing me! ... a local friend claims to have the rare Pineapple Thai clone, but her bloom times and OD performance are something of a guess....
.... Peyote Purple, DinaMex,.... Crack LOG (Magic/Binary),.... and really leaning toward the Aunt of Farouk, a landrace Paki' gifted to me by Stickman- :woohoo1:... Those are reg's though, which in this grow situation, is something of problem for space/resources,... Ditto for some South India landrace seeds sent to me by a mate... :eyebrows:
Soooo, got some figurin' to do here,....
nice selections! should spice up the comp!
I sponsored myself
right on!:bump:
for the comp I'll be sponsoring myself, that way I'm nobody's "little puppy", contrary me

There's more then one way to skin a cat but I'm not talking from experience on cat skinning .Lots of other grower grow amazing meds from methods that aren't organic but for me an you an so many others organics fit our style an I'm glad to see it rise in popularity there was a time when it wasn't so well known an other methods were definitely the main way to grow .

I know, not an easy decision.
I pushed my luck with 5 plants in our tiny back garden last year, but more the point
I don't need to terms of supply as I'm still good from last year's harvest so I wouldn't know what to do with it, I'd feel it's wasteful?
I might change my mind, you never know, I've got loads of seeds!
I seem to have thrown myself into veg and greens this year instead: yesterday I started sowing seeds for rocket, chard, tomatoes, cucamelons, corgettes, lettuce, chives, brussells, carrots and green beans.

Cheers
Swan

I believe they used to have a c99 outdoor I have one that looks great an one that is doing the leaf discoloration I almost thought mites but nope thankfully its genetic had one do it last year as well An gave it away I was to traumatized from fighting broads an russets but it turned out ok but my buddy who's no pro did kill it when his cat ate it but no bugs .Stem rub did reveal the pineapple I've been searching for .I'm friends with the creator Mr soul but he claims all other c99s are crap but if I can get this c99s looking good I'm goin to see what rick thinks I just won't say there not grimms lol.
 Dank mate, you're in quite the hub of "Notables"! :d5: ... I believe Mr. Soul, he must feel his work has been perverted over the years =... I see they now have a fem'ed C99, but at $20+ a seed, I'll pass....:nono:
 new tech! let us know how those COB's perform Dank.....:pass:
I've decided on these 3 for outdoor this year.

Ace Seeds Auto Malawi x NL
Ace seeds Auto Zamaldelica F3 (I cannot WAIT to grow some of these, as soon as I have space, they are being grown indoor)
Cannabiogen Auto CBG (Destroyer)- I grew it last year, and gave off a mad meaty BBQ whiff

:headbang: Auto Zamaldelica! Gonna have to look that up,... Somehow I missed your grow of the auto CBG :face:... how long did she take mate? Recently it appears we have a Dutch Passion grow master poking around here, autolowryder... he's been helping a lot in Sick Bay ... he has a thread in DP section with a grow of DP's version auto Desfran. I asked him about the seemingly odd differences in both the auto and photo finish times between DP and CBG... of course, it's a pheno' dice-roll, but he gave some %'s on them...:eyebrows: Your aroma sounds rare, maybe from the Meao Thai side? He says he won't bother finishing the auto MT pheno', takes too damn long! The Oaxaca pheno is where the aroma and speed are at....
