Well I'm not sure of the smell because that is SurfFreaks plant that he is testing for me, I just had to post a picture in this thread...
He went to Hawaii and had to leave the plants under a friends supervision and when he came back this beauty was hermi'ed and we have to keep a very close on the rest of them but I think the problem was a spell of no water what so-ever...

WIZ, I have some pictures of a THaipan x PAK-47 cross I made that are getting well into the 6' area and one of them produced almost 5oz last grow...
