@Boognelson87 water temp was 60. I couldn’t believe we were catching em in less than 2 ft of water!

Great day. Sounds like may here. When the catfish move shallow to the rocks. I'll use. a bobber worms or shad and slay catfish in 18 inches of water. . When flatheads do it I do the same with live gills worms or shad. last year I got to do this on a kayak for the first. Time was a blast being pulled under tree limbs reeling em in lol.

Now for awhile it will be shallow water fishing. Heat of the summer they’ll be deep. Shad has not spawned yet. Probably another few weeks

I would too lol. All day. Blues and flatheads better than a channel cat. That goes for catching and eating.

Very tasty Since they mainly eat live food. I like it the most of the 3 catfish mentioned

@Jackson got an early day at work. Decided to try catfishing and took my lab for first time with me. We got one so far. They sure are feeding up and this one was in 2 ft of water
