i think it’s day 29 today, few days after topping and she’s going strong. will do some defoliation soon to allow more light to the lower branches. the other plant amaze me tbh, one day she’s like ‘hey i want to die’ and another day she’s like ‘nope nvm’. i’m really curious if she’s gonna produce any flower, if so she will have 2 branches. that’s my last grow at current home so i didn’t have time to replace the faulty seed and start again. i see it as ‘experiment’ lol

Hey Narn,

Just saw your thread browsing through the forum. I'm following you buddy, as I'll be growing some of that Watermelon myself in the near future together with a couple other Barney's genetics. :pop:
That being said... :goodluck: with that grow :cheers:
Oh and if you still have that third seed I would germinate it using this guide and replace the seedling with that little monster in the back of the tent. Experience dictates most of the time a dud is a dud, only on rare occasions does it turn into a Swan :shrug:

Regards,

Bob :toke:

Hello mate! Thanks for the comment and a tip, i will definetely check yours grow log once you start with the Watermelon skittlez! i still have that one seed left but i’ll be moving soon and just save it for next grow so i mainly just focus on the bigger plant while observing how the other one is doing. This strain certainly loves heavy feeding and is stress resistant too. I’m going much much harder feed wise on her than my last plants and there’s still no signs of overfeeding. good genetics i suppose

Definately following along!
thanks buddy!

//little update

done some LST, 6 of 8 branches are almost even level, will wait for the very bottom ones to stretch
smaller plant seems to overcome all the stress she has and any new growth looks super healthy. the structure of the stem looks well.. unique tho :p
