So been running my groom at 78-80 which is fine but want to chuck another light in there.

85-89 is what the temps get up to with another 600w in there.

Will the babies wilt and die in that temp or have people grown successfully in that range?

You may get some leaf burn and curling but it depends on the genetics too. But if you boost your co2 it will help them get through the heat and keep the canopy moving with a steady breeze you will be okay.

So just the curling? I don't really have the space for c02 enrichment, next grow I'm gona switch lights out for 1000w air cooled hood and 2 LEDs but at the mo 2 600w is all I got, another question please guys, 1 600w enough for 6 plants in the 75-80 range or 2 600w for 6 babies in the 86-89 range?

Nice one @Chester :D

I think up to 85 is fine, but i don't like it when it creeps to 90.
Sometimes you just gotta deal with what nature throws you - unless you can combat it with air coolers. CO2 can work, but to be effected needs to be in a sealed environment and fans off while co2 is on (i believe).

It may help a bit with the bottles of fermenting yeast, but wouldnt expect miracles from it :D

I would also consider adding some form of silica to your plant diet. I have read quite a bit that silica is great for toughening the plant for heat. I have a small space for my winter grows, and deal with 85 degrees on the average, and the plants grew great. LIke blue said 90 seems to be pushing it a bit but 85 is good.

Think with summer temps it's abit much, I've only got 6 plants on the go under 1 600w but will up that to 10 or 12 over winter under 2 when i can control the temps abit more, don't really want to increase my extraction and intake due to stealth issues, once external temps dip under 10 outside I'll be laughing.
Thanks for the help tho guys much appreciated, learning all the time! this is my first 2nd grow ha and it's going well! Will be happy to make it to the end and make adjustments where needed!

I had heat problems before I got ventilation in place. Some days over 100. The did not seem happy, just had to give the them enough water to drink. Now temps are usually arround 80 when lights are on.

So temps havnt been that wild, I decided to put another 600w up there half hour on half hour off, within the footprint of the other 600w, babies at about 7 weeks now, 2nd week of flowering.....most of my plants are about the same height and then I have a monster that is way over 5 ft tall! Looking forward to see how that one fills out! Happy with my progress for a first grow! Or should I say second first grow haha
